Living at Arista has been such a good experience. The lake is one of the best parts, especially in the morning when you can hear the ducks. It’s just really peaceful and makes living here feel a little extra special. The maintenance team is top notch and always does a great job. They’re quick to help and you can tell they actually care. I love it here at Arista! After previously living at 55+ apartments I was a bit hesitant about the noise level but it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere is resort living at its best with the wonderful amenities. Living on a lake brings its own unique serene environment. I can’t say enough about the genuinely caring staff. Anthony fixed our issue with the bathroom sink incredibly quickly. Anthony was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He also fixed our breaker very quickly. We sincerely appreciate how attentive and responsive maintenance has been. The office staff is also very responsive and helpful. We have been trying to get a garage spot for over a year now, but hope some open up soon!
I have been living at Arista over 1 year ! The property and community is amazing! I have lived on both sides in building 1 and moved to a bigger apartment in building 10, i couldn’t be happier! The maintenance staff is wonderful Anthony always goes above and beyond for all the residents takes care of maintenance requests same day he’s absolutely amazing you want something done he’s your guy and is so friendly to all the residents.
