Living at Arista has been such a good experience. The lake is one of the best parts, especially in the morning when you can hear the ducks. I love it here at Arista! After previously living at 55+ apartments I was a bit hesitant about the noise level but it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Anthony fixed our issue with the bathroom sink incredibly quickly. Anthony was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He also fixed our breaker very quickly. We sincerely appreciate how attentive and responsive maintenance has been. The office staff is also very responsive and helpful. We have been trying to get a garage spot for over a year now, but hope some open up soon!
