Normally I don’t do reviews, this more of feedback to management. I just think it was extremely unprofessional for the leasing agent being 30 minutes late to an apartment showing appointment that was scheduled a while back. Me and my partner we drove all the way from Tucson to look at the apartment and had a scheduled appointment. The front leasing office door was locked and the maintenance individual was kind enough to let us know the leasing agent was running 5 minutes late. 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Monica and Alex, who work in the office, we're so warm and welcoming when I was looking for my new home. I knew this was the community I wanted to be a part of. I have lived here a couple months now and I know most of the staff by name and they know me. You can feel that all of the staff wants to be at work and they know their company cares about them. All of my neighbors have been kind and respectful. I'm really grateful to have found such a great community
I have lived here for about 10 months now and I love it! The complex is beautiful and safe. The office staff and maintenance team is super friendly and communicative. I look forward to spending many more years at Arista!
My fiancée & I have been living here since the week of Christmas and here is a list of our pros and cons so far. • Pros: - maintenance always has things taken care of in a speedy time - pool & hot tub are clean & good temps - club house is spacious & a great hang out - property overall is quiet & respectful - having fishing right out side your door (don’t eat them though lol) - Monica & Jacob are high key the best people, always upbeat! - Brian & his team love my pups & are also always upbeat & happy. - having dining & farme... read more
This is my second year at Arista! It is a unique community with so many floor plan options and needless to say, beautiful and well kept grounds. The community is safe , in a great location and with an excellent management team. Shout out to Monica and everyone else in her team! They are so responsive and they genuinely care about the residents’ needs. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. You pay a little extra but totally worth it!
