Ended up doing a self guided tour. It was pretty confusing, as there weren’t instruction on whether or not we had to check in. It just seemed like we could walk on in so we did just that. We couldn’t access the gym, only the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Apartment was your basic “luxury” standard look, nothing special. I just recently moved to Arista at Ocotillo, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. My move-in was super seamless — everything was organized, and anytime I had a question, the team was quick to respond and really helpful. I never felt stressed during the process, which made a huge difference. Alex and Kelsey were amazing during my application and move-in process, always so friendly and helpful! This is my second year at Arista! It is a unique community with so many floor plan options and needless to say, beautiful and well kept grounds. The community is safe , in a great location and with an excellent management team. Shout out to Monica and everyone else in her team! They are so responsive and they genuinely care about the residents’ needs. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. You pay a little extra but totally worth it!

A great place to live! The great staff! Only one issue has to be solved. Parcels aren't arrived here. In 5 months i've lived here I've had 4 packages send from stores that haven't arrived with no access/other like this status.
