This is a 6 month review. As a first-time renter, I couldn't have picked a better place and have a better experience. I once thought moving to an apartment for the first time would be very stressful and overwhelming. That just wasn't the case here. I'm a FedEx driver and have delivered to this complex for many months, so I've had plenty of exposure to the place prior to move-in. the lake brings alot of bugs which then attracts lizards and stuff to home. when asked for pest control no solution provided.. have reached out again and again.! the pest control only happens on the floor but bugs are all over including the building ceiling which becomes a nucance as these get inside your home eventually.. earlier there was one but now 3 lizards as no solution to bugs given and we were informed that the common areas are cleaning ecery couple of weeks.
My fiancée & I have been living here since the week of Christmas and here is a list of our pros and cons so far. • Pros: - maintenance always has things taken care of in a speedy time - pool & hot tub are clean & good temps - club house is spacious & a great hang out - property overall is quiet & respectful - having fishing right out side your door (don’t eat them though lol) - Monica & Jacob are high key the best people, always upbeat! - Brian & his team love my pups & are also always upbeat & happy. - having dining & farme... read more
Ended up doing a self guided tour. It was pretty confusing, as there weren’t instruction on whether or not we had to check in. It just seemed like we could walk on in so we did just that. We couldn’t access the gym, only the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Apartment was your basic “luxury” standard look, nothing special. This is my second year at Arista! It is a unique community with so many floor plan options and needless to say, beautiful and well kept grounds. The community is safe , in a great location and with an excellent management team. Shout out to Monica and everyone else in her team! They are so responsive and they genuinely care about the residents’ needs. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. You pay a little extra but totally worth it!
