A great place to live! The great staff! Only one issue has to be solved. Parcels aren't arrived here. In 5 months i've lived here I've had 4 packages send from stores that haven't arrived with no access/other like this status.
I just recently moved to Arista at Ocotillo, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. My move-in was super seamless — everything was organized, and anytime I had a question, the team was quick to respond and really helpful. I never felt stressed during the process, which made a huge difference. Alex and Kelsey were amazing during my application and move-in process, always so friendly and helpful! My fiancée & I have been living here since the week of Christmas and here is a list of our pros and cons so far. • Pros: - maintenance always has things taken care of in a speedy time - pool & hot tub are clean & good temps - club house is spacious & a great hang out - property overall is quiet & respectful - having fishing right out side your door (don’t eat them though lol) - Monica & Jacob are high key the best people, always upbeat! - Brian & his team love my pups & are also always upbeat & happy. - having dining & farme... read more
This is my second year at Arista! It is a unique community with so many floor plan options and needless to say, beautiful and well kept grounds. The community is safe , in a great location and with an excellent management team. Shout out to Monica and everyone else in her team! They are so responsive and they genuinely care about the residents’ needs. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. You pay a little extra but totally worth it!
Normally I don’t do reviews, this more of feedback to management. I just think it was extremely unprofessional for the leasing agent being 30 minutes late to an apartment showing appointment that was scheduled a while back. Me and my partner we drove all the way from Tucson to look at the apartment and had a scheduled appointment.
