I’m so grateful that I was referred to Dr.Gill with Arizona Eye Specialist. I was called back by Christina, Dr.Gills tech, and she was so compassionate as I was full of anxiety and concerns and she put my mind at ease. Thank you Christine. Dr.Gill was great! She took time to thoroughly answer any questions with such care and concern and provided probably the best information possible about my eye condition. She truly is amazing. I am sure that Dr. Gill is a good doctor but the centralized and auto text system in place with AZ Eye Specialist is another level of Hell. I am sure they are a victim of their own success. I left a message for the on-call Specialist regarding new symptoms that went unanswered. Hold times for scheduling are 10 minutes or more. Vague texts were received through their auto text system. Disappointing because I liked Dr. Gill but we all deserve better customer service with something as important as our vision.
Went in for an issue with my eye , OMG their front desk and the tech who did the pre visit was amazing, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, their bed side manners were up and beyond than any other doctors office. Dr Gill answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend this office.
I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AS A PATIENT, AND DOCTOR OFFICE CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I BEEN OVER 25 MINUTES ON CALL HOLDING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER AND NO ONE ANSWERS.
I was quoted one price by Dr. Hwang one two separate visits to have a laser procedure done on my right eye. He told me with my insurance it would be $250 out of pocket. So, I decided to do it. Yet, when all the billing was done, there was an additional $200 facilities fee. I contacted his office and told them I would not have had it done for $450 out of pocket and Dr. Hwang had twice told me it was a total of $250.
