Dr Gill is fantastic, whoever just answered the phone just now, rushed me, and told me "no I'm not going to ask your doctor, maybe you're confused" needs to be retrained because i did exactly what the doctor asked and the office tried to gaslight me "maybe that's not what she meant or said". Excuse me? I will be filling a complaint with the overall corporate because it is unacceptable to be so unprofessional. Dr Floyd is excellent and diagnosed my retina detachment with the most advanced techniques available. Her staff is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend Dr Floyd and Arizona Eye Specialists for any condition associated with your vision.
Run do not walk to another provider. My wife and I both got bad prescriptions and Arizona Eye offered no other resolution other than “let us retest your eyes”. Never mind the hundreds of dollars we are out for the glasses we purchased with those prescriptions. Absolutely terrible customer service and the billing department has given us the run around for months until telling us our only option is to sue them in small claims court. AVOID
That front desk woman with the dark curly hair in a bun a blue eyes was super rude and sent me out just because my referral from my primary didn't have some date on it as she said they could t see me and had to reschedule (could had been a lie). She was rude as soon as I got in there to check in. Very unprofessional and loud saying mean and rude things in from of all the patients waiting. Very embarrassing. PLEASE SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE! I have been with this office since 2022. It has been most recently that I experienced the inability to contact the office. Left on hold till no other option is to have a call back from the office, and then never to receive the call back severaldays in a row. My last satisfactory appointment was with Dr. Skybill who retired in 2023.
