Dr Gill is fantastic, whoever just answered the phone just now, rushed me, and told me "no I'm not going to ask your doctor, maybe you're confused" needs to be retrained because i did exactly what the doctor asked and the office tried to gaslight me "maybe that's not what she meant or said". Excuse me? I will be filling a complaint with the overall corporate because it is unacceptable to be so unprofessional. I was quoted one price by Dr. Hwang one two separate visits to have a laser procedure done on my right eye. He told me with my insurance it would be $250 out of pocket. So, I decided to do it. Yet, when all the billing was done, there was an additional $200 facilities fee. I contacted his office and told them I would not have had it done for $450 out of pocket and Dr. Hwang had twice told me it was a total of $250. Dr Floyd is excellent and diagnosed my retina detachment with the most advanced techniques available. Her staff is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend Dr Floyd and Arizona Eye Specialists for any condition associated with your vision.
Dr Hwang did both of my eyes for cataracts. I have not had a problem since. Wonderful Staff also.
Run do not walk to another provider. My wife and I both got bad prescriptions and Arizona Eye offered no other resolution other than “let us retest your eyes”. Never mind the hundreds of dollars we are out for the glasses we purchased with those prescriptions. Absolutely terrible customer service and the billing department has given us the run around for months until telling us our only option is to sue them in small claims court. AVOID
