First off, it took a few calls before I could finally get an appointment. The first call, the person told me he’d have to call me the next day because they were not taking calls for new patients . Yep, they never called me. The only reason I called back was I had an issue and my insurance referred me. Never again. The only good thing about this office was Nino. She is outstanding! Dr. Maki performed the surgery on both of my eyes to remove cataracts. The procedure was painless and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Maki to anyone needing eye surgery.
This office is very good at communicating with patients and appointments. I've never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointments. I saw Dr .Elliott Janousek and he exceeded my expectations from his mannerisms to hills professionalism was better then any other eye centers I've been too. He took the time to clearly explain so many things that were never explained to me previously and answered all of my questions He was very pleasant and straight forward. I left the office feeling understand and confident in my care plan.
Arizona Eye Specialists has been consistently good for me the last 5 years. Recently I received a text from Arizona Eye Specialist that I am due for my yearly check up. After 3 weeks of attempting to call, being on hold for hours, and missed callbacks that only rang once, it has been a bear to try to schedule my yearly check up appointment.
