If you have questions better make a list on paper because you're not allowed to ask anything. I'm a senior and have never been to such a rude office in my life.
I scheduled emergency eye care 6 weeks ago and on the morning of my visit Dr Nazmi cancelled me last minute and can’t reschedule for another 6 weeks out!!!!! Who does that. Insane and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Now I have to start all over again to get my problem even looked at much less fixed. And no guarantees she won’t decide to take day off again. Without properly taking care of patient. Disgusting!!
Why five stars? First, after cataract surgery my vision is now literally 20/20. Before the surgery, I had stopped driving at night because I could hardly see. Second, I appreciate that Dr. Goldman did not push the most expensive surgery. Instead he recommended a mid-priced surgery that he thought would work best for me. Third, I appreciate that he re-ordered some pre-surgery measurements when he was not satisfied with the accuracy of the original measurements. Finally, the surgery itself was virtually painless. Dr. Dana Bates, OD and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. Dana Bates is a fantastic physician. She's knowledgeable and takes a genuine and personalized approach to her patients. Her staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to wait for my appointment - everything runs on time, every time. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Dana Bates.
Dr Brems performed cataract surgery on me in November and December 2022. The results were excellent. I have 20/20 vision in each eye. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.
