My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out in December. The experience was very good. The procedure was quick. They even squeezed her in quickly for a follow up due to something that we were unsure about. The only thing that would've made the whole thing better was if they had called and checked up on her.
I had the best experience at this clinic. Everyone from the front desk, the nurse to the Physician, Brittany Williams was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to my understanding and I truly felt heard and cared for. Thank you, Thank you!
Took my son for wisdom teeth surgery today. Top notch professionals. Check in was quick and friendly no long waiting time. Dr Skotch answered all our questions was very personable and kind. Would highly recommend.
Make sure you fully understand the billing, ask questions because they take money on the front end.... If you will pay it which is a presumed amount the insurance won't pay. Then bill the insurance and then bill you again. You will think you are paying everything because that's the point if they tell you it will go up you might not pay up front. Not only did i leave a review of my experience with this business, i called to see what the hold up was on calling me back. The nurse that answered was extremely rude as if i was bothering her, and i STILL was only told i could have someone call me back at a later time. I received no answer for why i was not called and scheduled after my consultation in early J U N E. Literally a month ago.
