The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get in quickly due to another patients’ cancellation and got scheduled for my next appointment to have procedure done on my teeth. My periodontist was professional cared and asked about my concerns and his hair is cool too.
Staff very professional, they made my experience pleasant. Must say deep cleaning of ones teeth is alot of work and this person make it as comfortable as possible. very compassionate. Got go finish in about two weeks and hope for a similar experience.
Dr Shelton is the only implant Doctor in NWA who provides zirconia Implants at this time. The fact that Dr Shelton offers this type of Implant lets me know he understands that not everybody is built the same. He took the time to completely understand my specific situation and was willing to hear alternatives. He took his time explaining the options he saw and how they are different from other processes. He set realistic expectations.
I had a great experience with Arkansas Periodontal. While the procedure itself was something I wasn’t exactly looking forward to, the team went out of their way to make sure I was well prepared and knew exactly what to expect. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and professional; from the initial consultation through post-op care.
