Friendly atmosphere. Highly professional. Staff. Dr Shelton has a great bedside manner. I felt heard and safe. Dr. Shelton's proficiency is remarkable. His thorough explanations of Pre and Post procedure was especially detailed, understandable and brought realistic expectations. I was impressed with his bedside manor, gentle hands and expertise. What is most appreciated is his knowledge. Dr. Shelton is a "Diplomat" Doctor who's training is far and above others in his specialty. Dr. Osborne did an excellent job with my surgery, and my follow-up appointment went very smoothly. The staff were consistently positive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly can’t recommend them enough! I had to have an implant done and was very nervous about the entire process. But, thankfully Arkansas Periodontal & Implant Associates and Dr. Shelton was recommended to me and I listened. My experience was wonderful. Nothing negative to say. Everything went smoothly and Dr. Shelton and his team did a fantastic job. I chose to be sedated during the procedure and that was a game changer for me. 10/10 recommend. Don’t even hesitate.
