I met Dr Cicic as he managed my prostate concerns, usual symptoms until it jumped at one appt. He scheduled me for follow-ups, explained options, and lastly performed an Aguablation. He was never hurried nor did he pressure me to follow his recommendations. I recommend him to any of my friends. Just sad he left Racine.u

Prompt Professional Service.
I met with the physician twice. First general consultation went great. Solid bedside manner, bit of a bungle with my sample, but fine. Second visit was for a bladder scope. Turned out a had such an inflamed tract there was no scoping it. Doc said that was fine. Staff assured me that I was good to go, no scope, no charge. Nearly three months later got a surprise bill for the scoping that didn't happen. Asked the physicians office to rectify the charge. They said no.
