I have stored the Original Tumwater Fire Engine 1, a 1928 REO Speedwagon, at this campus for nearly 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about the high quality customer service I received while at this storage center. I was there nearly everyday working on restoring the Fire Engine. Management and staff were always making rounds and insuring the campus was clean and safe. A smile means a great deal to me... even under the COVID mask they wear all the time. Nice new facility with the best rate I found in the area. Friendly efficient staff. Fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems. Ease of access. I couldn't be happier!
Despite their claim of “high-tech security”, our RV was broken into with major damage. They were singularly unhelpful. No response to phone calls or letters. They told us just to file a claim with our own insurance company. We found several other victims who only found out about the break-ins when they showed up to go camping. I literally had to give the phone number of the Tumwater Police Department to the manager so he could file a report. We are out of there.
