Despite their claim of “high-tech security”, our RV was broken into with major damage. They were singularly unhelpful. No response to phone calls or letters. They told us just to file a claim with our own insurance company. We found several other victims who only found out about the break-ins when they showed up to go camping. I literally had to give the phone number of the Tumwater Police Department to the manager so he could file a report. We are out of there.

Rented online, received a confirmation email, rented truck, showed up with my stuff. Only to be told they couldn’t rent space yet because they had no certificate of occupancy. I questioned why I wasn’t informed earlier and all I was told was...”I don’t Know”
