RecommendedI bought a vintage motorcycle jacket for $50, and it had several worn grey spots. The epaulets had been sewn on with weak regular thread, so eventually they broke. sent a vintage Jeff Hamilton NBA leather jacket that seen better days (leather was faded, colors scrapped and missing lining was ripped and destroyed) when i got it back it looked like it was just outta da showroom..i was so impressed, i will never take my leather jackets anywhere else. A++++++++

Pay me for the lost of my sports coat. I have filled out the customer service email and waited 10 days with no reply. Fabin, Jim and Stepie-Marie all know about this issue. I have the cleaning tickets, emails, cost of coat from retail store $398.00. All you do is take messages and dont return calls. I think you need to rewrite your motto and slogan.
