Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for a doctor who never saw me. Instead I was told she sent in the prescription digitally. The order turned out to be wrong and my whole day was wasted as was my friend’s who have me the rides. The next day I spent half of the day trying to find someone to talk to . In the afternoon I finally. Reached a. nurse who I think might have straightened everything out (I think)
My visit with my new PCP went very well. Dr. Herndon was very warm and welcoming. I went in for a routine Pap smear and IUD exam, and she answered my questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly. I greatly appreciate that on my first visit, I was not given the runaround to get tested for a ton of other things before the staff addressed my main concern, which was the Pap and IUD exam. The front desk staff was very professional and patient, and overall, I will be sticking with Dr. Herndon and her wonderful staff.
Love bringing my kids into the clinics. Staff is very professional and friendly. Love the doctors great with the kids and patient very friendly , very professional, they take their time to explain any of our concerned to me and my husband. Thank you Dr. Wilson and arroyo vista. Currently today, 11/13/2025, went in for a walk in which I knew it would take awhile. However, 40-60 mins to get tested for Covid? I did this at home and it took 10mins. Which I did before coming here and tested negative. 40 MINUTES HAVE PASSED SINCE THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE. I went in at the 20 minute mark to inform them that I was still waiting… I’ll update how long it took for this simple covid test.
The doctor and dental assistant did a great job. The doctor cleaned my teeth and polished my teeth she did a great job. I would recommend this place any day.
