Absolutely wonderful very strict but as long as you want to be in recovery this is a wonderful place 8 yrs I was treated with the up most respect 5 stars all the way!!!! I would like to add an update to my review after reading negative reviews first off Beva the office manager is the most wonderful women she cares very much and always answers to get phone and does her best also never in 12 yrs of being a patient there did they ever dose after 10 am ! I'm guest dosing here while I'm on vacation for a week... So far it's a decent place. A little expensive but overall it's very convenient and the staff has been great. Just a heads up to the guest dosers, during the week they stop dosing at 10am! The website says they're open until 2:30, but 2:30 is just for the employees.
ARS helped me in so many ways. Dan is the man! Mary is always pleasant. The nurses are super friendly. Just beware of the people who think they can butt the line in the morning. That's my only complaint!
Was recommended to come here for my urine test. Called at 9 am Thursday to see if I needed to make an appointment. I was told to come in at 12 and it would cost $50, but when I arrived at 11:50 there was nobody at reception to help me apparently she went to the bank. Waited until almost 12:20 to be told I couldn't use my card because "they're not set up for that" and I would have to come back Monday because I was too late and the samples would be picked up and they don't do Friday tests. A very good place, I unfortunately had a falling out there recently. Methadone and Suboxone treatment does absolutley nothing to combat fentanyl addiction. This is why half the place comes in positive for fentanyl. This method of treatment needs to be reinvented and changed FAST because patients coming in positive for fentanyl are on their way out the door now, like myself, sooner or later.
