Moved into this complex not too long ago. The property manager, Auriel, was a breath of fresh air throughout my entire moving process. She made me feel comfortable and safe in where I was choosing to stay. She gave me clear , concise direction when choosing the unit I wanted & had no issues with me changing my mind a ton of times. Her patience is elite, she’s the best of the best. The complex itself is pretty quiet , not too many residents to crowd the parking lot.
Move in date was delayed for apt repairs. Everthing went smoothly and the staff was professional and accommodating. I especially like the interior of the complex. It's very peaceful , safe, and well kept place.
Auriel is awesome! From the first time I called in to when I signed my lease she has been very communicative, sets clear expectations and gives you her honest opinion on what she believes is best for you. I looked at several apartments but when I called Art Scape and spoke to Auriel I felt very comfortable with every interaction and she was eager to help me make an informed decision. I look forward to a smooth living experience knowing the property manager truly cares about her tenants.
I have nothing to say about art scape . The property manager it's wonderful. She takes care of any issues so fast . I apsuloty love it her and the employees as well
I loved living at Art Scape! Anytime I needed something I went straight to Ariel. She is awesome and I hate that my job moved me from the community! Thanks Art Scape
