I'm currently on the 5th round of treatments and wanted to say how friendly the staff is in the Cincinnati, OH location. I'm a larger person and have been "judged" and made fun off and I'm so glad that I walked in to the center. I never felt mistreated and they generally were hopefully I would get some relief and I HAVE!!!! Highly recommend anyone to reach out and take that 1st step

I been wait on my refund about three month I not. got it yet they keep getting me the run around they are a bad business they do respond about getting your money back I have very bad experience with them

I am currently having knee shots done at the GC location, this will be my second round of shots after one year, my only complaint is their appt booking. you have to wait 30 minutes over scheduled appt. to get one knee shot.
Zero If you have an appointment at 9:00am, be prepared for four hours wait. It seems like nobody cares what you have been going through. They schedule ten people at the same time. And can not get to them on time. If you have plenty of time to waste, go there otherwise please do’nt.
