On Wednesday, January 3, 2024, I had an appointment with Arthritis Knee Pain in Cary, NC. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Although I can't recall the doctor's name, he provided informative and patient explanations about my knee issues. He was the first physician to thoroughly explain my symptoms to me. I’m disappointed in this place! I went here yesterday to start back my treatment from when I went before. I paid so much money out my pocket, then I got insurance that it said they take, while in the office with the nurse for my consultation. She said she didn’t lie and I asked her was my insurance fine, she said yes sure and told I could get a shot as well that day, but after I came out the office and went to the front desk, the receptionist told me I was out of the network for them to cover me and went over how much I will... read more
