I had an appointment with Arun Paul for medication management. He asked me a lot of prying questions about details of my mental health problems that I feel like weren’t necessary or relevant for why I was there. If it had been for therapy, sure. But I did not need to be asked to elaborate with details on suicide attempts or my history of abuse and other trauma. Especially the first time having an appointment. On July 19th 2023 I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Arun Paul and I left the visit in tears. My therapist diagnosed me with ADHD about two weeks or so before my appointment with this doctor. She asked I schedule a visit with a psychiatrist to go over my options if I choose to take the medication route. Upon entering the video call, Dr. Arun Paul started asking me questions that I had already answered on my intake form. Once we were done with that he asked me why I was there. The doctor I spoke with today was good but he was younger than what I'm used to. Other than that I would recommend this facility
Very professional and understanding. I would recommend Dr. Paul.
