I had an amazing experience with Johnel from Arauza Pest Control! He was polite, professional, and incredibly patient with all my questions and requets. He really took the time to educate me about the clay nests formed by a type of wasp on my home. Not only did he remove them efficiently, but I now feel more knowledgeable about preventing them. Definitely a five-star service all the way!
Christopher Ross came to my house today for Aruza. He was phenomenal. He was so friendly, attentive, and capable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. He explained everything and has sold me on Aruza…nice job, Christopher!
I had an appointment January 22 for a termite inspection. The young man came & looked for my bait traps - he said that all he would do was locate them & then someone else would have to come back at a later date to inspect. The next morning I got a phone call saying I owed them $175.00 - I said for what - they said termite inspection. I told them the man did not do an inspection so therefore I owed them nothing. Very personable and friendly. Listened to what I was concerned about and treated the area. Love Aruza and the quality of service and the employees are always so kind and professional. I especially enjoyed my pest management today. He explained very thing he was doing, and made sure my one problem area was sprayed down. No more ants should attack me
Started out good. Different tech every treatment visit. Don't schedule way ahead. Have to wait for their schedule which they notify you of 2 days before. Two days should be reminder of an appointment, not initial notification. Now company has changed hands. We owned a business for over 20 years. Never dealt with pest control company that operates this way.
