Logan Hobbs is pretty much the guy you want coming out, at this point I only ask for this guy if someone is supposed to come out. I have routine inspection and termination from Aruza, but Logan seems to make the extra effort and make sure all questions are answered and check what needs to be checked properly. I just had NC Wildlife come out regarding a bat issue in my attic because Aruza doesn't handle bats, I knew the tech was not being honest with me, Logan double checked everything the other tech claimed but actually got ... read more
Christopher Ross was my technician and was amazing. He was very friendly and thorough. He treated all areas outside the house, our storage building and treated the entire yard. I am completely 100% satisfied with the service he provided and hope he can continue our pest control. He also stated if we find or need anything to reach out. Our guy, Darren, was so professional, understanding, and actually addressed my issues and concerns. Not only that, but every time he comes, he's very thorough both inside and outside of the home. I love that he calls when he's on his way so I can make sure that I'm home and available. I did previously have issues but the manager, Tim, was able to address my concerns with compassion and made sure that everything was taken care of.
