I have been coming to Arvanitis for about 15 years. One of the things I appreciate most is that they have a wide range of expertise that not every dental office offers. There are about four or five dentists working here, so you can find one you really like and book with them. I've personally seen three different dentists here, and they've all been good. I have been coming to Arvantis and Associates Dentistry for about three years now. Absolutely amazing! Every single member on staff here is always an absolute pleasure to deal with..super friendly, kind and very courteous. I had a filling that fell out (originally done at another dental office), so I booked my first appointment with Dr. Ken to have it repaired. The staff are very nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, my experience with the actual dental work has been terrible. All I needed was to have the missing part of the filling replaced. Instead, Dr. Ken drilled much deeper into my tooth than I expected, and I started experiencing pain that lasted for weeks. Excellent customer service from everyone in the office. Beautiful facility! Very detailed explanation of upcoming procedures. Dr. Arvanitis was excellent. Spent a lot of time with me. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend !!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with Arvanitis and Associates has been very disappointing. Over the past several months, the quality of service has noticeably declined. Appointments frequently run behind schedule, often leaving patients waiting well past their scheduled times. The office atmosphere also seems unprofessional at times, with staff appearing more focused on socializing than providing attentive customer service.
