I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew and Brian, our maintenance team here. They are hands down the best I’ve ever come across in an apartment community. Not only are they incredibly skilled and quick to respond to any request, but they’re also just genuinely good guys. I love living at Ascend. Everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease for another year and asked if I could have a few things repaired. The next day Andrew called to schedule a time that would work for me and completed all of my requests in one day. He was outstanding in communicating with me throughout the day and I true appreciated the extra effort he put in to making sure I was happy.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Andrew, Griffin, and Isaac for the extra mile they went in assisting us with our refrigerator issues. They were very patient and made multiple service calls in order to try to rectify the problem, before finally ordering us a new unit. They then went to the trouble of promptly removing our old refrigerator and replacing it with the new one as soon as it arrived, coordinating this around our schedules. Thank you!
I have loved living here! This complex is super clean, quiet and the pool is amazing. If I ever return to Arizona, I will be moving in here again. The staff in the leasing office is super sweet and helpful always, especially Juliana and JC!
Just absolutely not worth the money. We have had AC problems going on for almost 1 month. When they come out it’s work so they can’t do anything when it goes out they are closed and for it to be an emergency it has to get to 85 degrees in the apartment. Ask for proof it was provided and because it’s not occurring at that specific time they can’t do anything. Their certified AC guy tells us to raise the temperature and it’s not possible for the unit to reach our set point of 71-72 degrees. Yeah I feel real valued. But, be lat... read more
