Andrew responded to our maintenance request (Apt 2120) within a few days with fixes for our master bedroom blinds, touchup painting, and to replace a misfit toilet tank cover. Andrew is both courteous and well versed in maintenance repairs. He was the same when he took care of some immediate plumbing needs when we first moved in to Ascend. He’s outstanding!
My daughter moved in here back in June, this property is exactly what she was looking for. Pretty sure we toured nearly every single apt in the area. Nines, Broadstone, Vitri, San Artes, and several more. Not many places around provide private attached garages, spectacular views and quiet clean property. She had an issue with upstairs unit AC (water leaking into her apt) and they had it fixed same day. I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew and Brian, our maintenance team here. They are hands down the best I’ve ever come across in an apartment community. Not only are they incredibly skilled and quick to respond to any request, but they’re also just genuinely good guys. Caleb is always amazing and always fixes my maintenance issues right away. I appreciate how he is always helpful and friendly, and my dog loves to see him.
I love living at Ascend. Everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease for another year and asked if I could have a few things repaired. The next day Andrew called to schedule a time that would work for me and completed all of my requests in one day. He was outstanding in communicating with me throughout the day and I true appreciated the extra effort he put in to making sure I was happy.
