I love living at Ascend. Everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease for another year and asked if I could have a few things repaired. The next day Andrew called to schedule a time that would work for me and completed all of my requests in one day. He was outstanding in communicating with me throughout the day and I true appreciated the extra effort he put in to making sure I was happy.
Just absolutely not worth the money. We have had AC problems going on for almost 1 month. When they come out it’s work so they can’t do anything when it goes out they are closed and for it to be an emergency it has to get to 85 degrees in the apartment. Ask for proof it was provided and because it’s not occurring at that specific time they can’t do anything. Cody Murphy did a great job on two maintenance requests I had. He was easy to talk with, efficient with the work, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend keeping this guy around!
I’ve lived at this property for over 4 years, and I can confidently say this has been the worst management experience I’ve had to deal with. The complex constantly changes management, and with every new team comes disorganization — this time, it directly impacted me. I’ve always paid rent on time through auto-pay with no issues. Then, in July, my rent payment didn’t process. I caught the issue and immediately contacted JC, the property manager, who reassured me everything looked fine on his end. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! JC the manager at this location is a spineless human. The complexes digital online portal for making payments was down and while we were in constant communication with him (getting cashier checks) we were acquiring over $800 total in late fees. JC told us multiple times that “everything is all good” with payment when in fact it was not all good.
