My daughter moved in here back in June, this property is exactly what she was looking for. Pretty sure we toured nearly every single apt in the area. Nines, Broadstone, Vitri, San Artes, and several more. Not many places around provide private attached garages, spectacular views and quiet clean property. She had an issue with upstairs unit AC (water leaking into her apt) and they had it fixed same day. I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew and Brian, our maintenance team here. They are hands down the best I’ve ever come across in an apartment community. Not only are they incredibly skilled and quick to respond to any request, but they’re also just genuinely good guys. I have loved living here! This complex is super clean, quiet and the pool is amazing. If I ever return to Arizona, I will be moving in here again. The staff in the leasing office is super sweet and helpful always, especially Juliana and JC!
I love living at Ascend. Everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease for another year and asked if I could have a few things repaired. The next day Andrew called to schedule a time that would work for me and completed all of my requests in one day. He was outstanding in communicating with me throughout the day and I true appreciated the extra effort he put in to making sure I was happy.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Andrew, Griffin, and Isaac for the extra mile they went in assisting us with our refrigerator issues. They were very patient and made multiple service calls in order to try to rectify the problem, before finally ordering us a new unit. They then went to the trouble of promptly removing our old refrigerator and replacing it with the new one as soon as it arrived, coordinating this around our schedules. Thank you!
