I've lived at Ascension Manor for 3+ years. I'm very happy with the management of buildings and grounds. Quick responses to repair requests. Everything is clean. Staff even cleans up trash from the public sidewalks, too. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm happy here.
My grandpa lives here I’m his caretaker as well so I’m there mostly everyday he loves the peace of quiet and I try to help anyone I can when I’m there but the elevators haven’t been working properly , been like that for a few weeks hopefully it’ll be fixed soon. Update 5/18/2025 both elevators do not work at all residents in AC1 are taking the stairs and some can barely even walk needs to be fixed asap
Great respectable place nice and quiet room are beautiful able to park your car and stuff and staff respectfully talk to you right

Bill and Steve are compassionate property managers who ensure the property is immaculately maintained. Residents are treated with respect, and maintenance issues are solved proactively so they never really become issues. 5/5
