Dr. Roger was GREAT! The WHOLE TEAM was great! My nurse was very helpful in gathering my info but also in giving advice on what was best for me. This was a new experience for me & they were very patient & made me feel welcome! I had no questions for the doctor at the end because he explained everything to me so well. Hands down, my best first doctor visit ever. And they give out little stickers at the end. You can't beat that!

My 82-year-old mother recently asked me to help review her bank account after she noticed a $300 charge that neither of us recognized. Concerned, I called the toll-free number listed for Ascension St. Thomas customer service. I provided them with the relevant dates and explained that the charge was for a COVID test, which seemed unusually high. I set up an appointment the night before for 10:20. Arrived 10 mins early, checked in and waited with one other person in the waiting room. Several people walked in and were seen promptly. However I was not seen within 30 minutes of the appointment time.
