We weren't seen until 92 minutes after our *scheduled* appointment time. Once we saw the provider, she was only in the room with us for 4 minutes. Fortunately, we did get our questions answered. Also, they're still requiring masks inside and I know I'm not the only person upset by this because I heard other people complaining, too. I haven't been anywhere in the last 4 months that still require masks except this place...everyone else has figured out by now that masks don't work. Staff was friendly and compassionate. The inside was clean. I got there right when they opened was on my way in less than 20 minutes.
I had a wonderful visit. From the Front desk to triage to meeting with the NP Mary everyone was friendly. The office is very clean and I will be back for any of my urgent care needs.
don't go this place because they over charge your card after your appointment and when you go back to the office to complain they give you a number to call. i called the number on 10/07/2022 and the person i spoke with stated that a bill was sent out to me but he gave me an address in a whole other state and that i never lived at nor have i ever visited the state. he then went on to say that i will be receiving a refund within 10 days which was yesterday and i still haven't received my money. as i am typing this i am on the... read more
I came in with 4 of 6 Covid symptoms it's hot I had my newborn with me they ran vitals and diabetes check me. all the while because my son who was born with respiratory issues was "breathing funny" (that's the point of respiratory issues) called dcs and never Covid tested me or treated me properly moral of the story my son is perfectly fine VITALS FINE COLOR FINE NO NEGLECT and I wasn't Covid checked they FAILED ME ON EVERY LEVEL AS A PATIENT JUST TAKE THE RIDJ OF FATALITY IF THIS YOUR LASR CHOICE
