Had an appointment for 10 am came in early to do the paperwork and 10:30 comes around so that puts me at 45 mins here waiting for my appointment. What's the point of scheduling a time? Missing more time out of work because no one does there job.

This Urgent Care is pathetic. I took my daughter in with symptoms of either Strep or an ear/sinus infection. We waited almost 3 hours before we were seen. They get you to give a debit card to bill any copays leftover after insurance pays. They NEVER explained total costs before insurance is billed. The NP spent maybe 15 minutes with my daughter and ran a Strep test. We were billed $388.98 for an office visit and management services(???), of which our insurance paid $318.98. Don't bother with a "hold my spot" at this place. Their policy is to take walk-ins before each person who has a "hold my spot" so-called appointment. NOT A GOOD POLICY. They want you to come and check-in early, then you wait. So far an hour and 40 minutes past the "hold my spot" time. Ridiculous! They should have one professional dedicated to appointments, and another one or two for walk-ins. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
