Incredibly incompetent, inconsiderate, unprofessional and the perfect example of everything wrong with the American Healthcare system. Despite having one of the first appointments of the day, they made me wait 30 minutes only to tell me my insurance was inactive (when it wasn't and I called insurance to confirm) They were unable and unwilling to resolve wanting me to pay out of pocket. Go anywhere else.

Went there for a Covid test. Had to pay either $120 cash or charge $300, before I could see a doctor, even though, they knew my insurance would cover it all. They said it was their policy. Charged almost $500 for the test. They wouldn't return my money for over three months after they were paid in full. I contacted Medicare. Medicare expediated my complaint and had them issue a check that day. The clinic is run by a subcontractor, so when you have problems you contact them, not St Thomas. Complete scam on your insurance. I went there for a cold. They billed my insurance as a hospital visit. When our insurance called we were told that it is an urgent care that "runs like a hospital" so they can up charge you like you went to the ER instead of an actual urgent care. It is not a hospital, you are a small facility with one PA and a couple med assistants in a strip mall next to a pizza place. It is disgusting that you would charge us like we went to a hospital.

Please hire more staff. I was there for over 2 and a half hours and that was with an appointment. The doctor is nice but she needs help, so Corporate, hire another doctor and tech!!!!!!! I will never go to this facility again.

If this wasn't the closest urgent care, we would never come here. The woman at the front desk is short and rude. We made an appointment online which seemed to not matter whatsoever. This is the perfect example of a place where everyone clearly hates their jobs and are trying to get people in and out. We will never go here again. Physicians Urgent Care is always the way to go, not this place.

Absolutely horrible. I went here a couple days ago and the place is a dump! Everything is cheap and rundown and dirty. They only had one doctor working for 7 people! And making an appointment means nothing...because there will still be a TWO HOUR wait once you get there! So much for joining the waitlist. It's soo unprofessional I'm shocked they're in business!

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Franklin Made an appointment arrived at 2:40 was told I would wait 20 minutes it is now 4:45 and I'm still waiting. The person at the front desk just tells you what you want to hear. I can't tell you about the care but their app says they close in 5 minutes so who knows if I will see anyone.
