Great place! I've been twice since moving to Tennessee and the staff is wonderful! They take the time to answer your questions and they get results back in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location.
The Nurse Practioner is tremendous! She is warm, caring, efficient, and professional. My Covid-19 test was taken rapidly, and the results came in quickly. I heartily and highly recommend this urgent care and the NP, LIsa.
We were on a Spring break trip with our 2 granddaughters & one of them got a stomach bug or food poisoning, not sure which, but as we were driving I googled nearby Urgent Cares & found this one. They couldn't have been any nicer & efficient!!!! After a very short wait we were able to see the doctor. She gave her a Zofran tablet & it took effect immediately. I was very impressed with this facility overall!!!
I had to get several emergency prescription filled due to my online pharmacy sending meds to the wrong address. It was super easy to see a doctor and have them filled which helped out immensely as I was already out of meds for a few days at that point. Everyone was so friendly and warm. I would definitely recommend this place!! Thanks!!
Booked my visit online for the Covid test yesterday evening. It was not busy but it took a full hour for them to finally take me to the back. One nurse took my blood pressure, about 5 minutes later about nurse came in to give me the test. She was very nice, asked a few questions.. swabbed the inside of my nose and checked the back of my throat. She said results should come back about 48 hours. The doctor was rude and short the entire time. Rammed the ear light covering in and hurt me so bad I jumped and gasped from pain. She proceeded to tell me she barely put it in. I've never had a doctor hurt me before and I will never see that physician again. She has no respect for her patients and she made that quite clear.
I don't usually write reviews but I must in this instance. If you are white -- stay away! I have had a bad cold and just needed some antibiotics so I spent a lot of time booking an appointment etc online. I was not welcomed when I entered the lobby but instead the front desk clerk said, "Our computers are down so I cannot check you in." with a frown and a grunt. Came here 2 weeks ago for UTI, got diagnosed and we're prescribed meds for it, what we don't like about this center is since we already told them we don't have insurance is to let us know what to expect in term of fees, paid the consultation of $120, then we started getting one bill after the other the number keeps rising. We clearly asked what to expect but we weren't given the proper answer on what to expect. NOT going back there again.
