This is the only urgent care I have been to where I have had a pleasant experience. We always feel very comfortable there, and the PA, Lindsey, is so kind and helpful. We have been coming here for years when someone in our family is ill, and it's like having a second trusted doctor for us. It's easy to place your spot on hold on the website or app, and then when we are there we don't wait long to see her. We are so lucky they're just down the street from us!
I ended up with some metal pieces in my foot on a Saturday. I tried to extract them myself but was unsuccessful. While the situation was urgent, it wasn't emergent in my opinion, so I decided not to go to a ED to have them removed. Since most clinics were already closed or closing when I realized I needed medical assistance, I started researching which ones would be the fastest to get into the following day. This is a go to during the week for whenever you don't feel so well. It is somewhat always empty enough to where you are the only person being treated at the time. Although they do need to make sure rooms are completely cleaned properly before the next treatment. Don't get me wrong the service it great overall , but I am pretty sure there shouldn't be tools just laying on the floor .
Two negative comments-- First, to the clerk who responded to today's (October 8 around 9am) call and hung up on me because she got frustrated with the way I was spelling my name for her. I suggested to give her my account number to ease the process and that suggestion was a trigger. If there's a Manager reading this please train your staff. I went here for a minor emergency I had and the doctors were nice and helpful, but the problem I have is with the billing which is atrocious and made the whole thing not worth it . First I went here because it was listed on my insurance as a covered location which to me meant that I would only need to pay my co-pay which is around $50-$75. Do not go. 0/0 go to another place please. If you're sick you will not want to be waiting in this room for your turn for hours. Employees do not seem competent to take care of themselves let alone others
The grandma upfront was very rude to the customers and me she has an attitude and is just rude customer service is a 1/10 me personally I'm not gonna let somebody catch an attitude with me but that's just me
