I had a really good experience at Great Expressions. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and didn’t have that stressful “dentist” vibe, which I appreciated. The dentist and staff explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t rush through anything. Not happy with this latest service. The hygienist refused to clean my teeth. Said I had to have a deep cleaning. She was hard to understand because of her accent. This is after Ascent Dental had canceled my last two visits due to relocation and having a scheduling issue. I normally have cleaning done every three months. I feel that the bed side manner has gone way down and the patient care is even worse. Be advised to check first with this company and be ready to find another dental service.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the dental staff, however my interactions with the administrative staff over the phone have been quite different. With the exception of one person, the phone staff have been noticeably dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with ongoing insurance issues over the past year, and instead of receiving assistance or basic courtesy, I’ve been met with attitude and frustration. Great experience. My hygienist was personable and thorough. Dr Cougjlin came in for the exam and as usual thorough, took time to explain any issues as well helped formulate a plan for the future. How modern dentistry should be delivered.

I always look forward to seeing my hygienist, Jess. Between her and Dr Coughlin, my experience is always a pleasure. Jess does an excellent job (with no pain) and her personality is amazing. Love Dr Coughlin and his fantastic bedside manner.
