I had a really good experience at Great Expressions. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and didn’t have that stressful “dentist” vibe, which I appreciated. The dentist and staff explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t rush through anything. Not happy with this latest service. The hygienist refused to clean my teeth. Said I had to have a deep cleaning. She was hard to understand because of her accent. This is after Ascent Dental had canceled my last two visits due to relocation and having a scheduling issue. I normally have cleaning done every three months. I feel that the bed side manner has gone way down and the patient care is even worse. Be advised to check first with this company and be ready to find another dental service.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the dental staff, however my interactions with the administrative staff over the phone have been quite different. With the exception of one person, the phone staff have been noticeably dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with ongoing insurance issues over the past year, and instead of receiving assistance or basic courtesy, I’ve been met with attitude and frustration. Their front office can not get their act together to save their lives! In March 2026, I needed deep cleaning. I was put on a waiting list and my insurance needed to be contacted. I called a few weeks later to inquire the status. I was told that I was NOT put on a waiting list and the insurance was not contacted. One time I can understand, but this went on for 2 more ph calls AND when I finally was able to get in for my REGULAR cleaning, in JUNE mind you, my insurance was still NOT contacted and i was not put on a waitinglis... read more

My husband Bruno had excellent care and experiences at Ascent Dental with scaling and deep cleaning done by Registered Dental hygienist Ms. Ly Duong. She was very respectful, thorough, and cared about Bruno’s comfort throughout the 2 visits Bruno had with her. Dr Coughlin was also excellent with previous visit to remove 5 teeth. Bruno had minimal discomfort and Dr. Coughlin followed up to make sure Bruno had no issues or severe discomfort.
