I had an appointment at Great Expressions Dental Center-Longmeadow for a cleaning today. I was met by Jen who was my Hygienist today. She was very personable, polite, and thorough with my x-rays, examination, and cleaning. Dr. Calabrese met me following my cleaning and provided a thorough exam as well. The office is state of the art, very well kept, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and overall, a great experience from start to finish. Thank you everyone!
Kailyn is an excellent hygienist. Been going to the practice since 2014. Overall, very good. Dr. Coughlin has expanded to other services as well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Calabrese, Kiera, Juan, Monique, and the front desk coordinators were fantastic! I was seated in the chair right away. Dr. Calabrese took his time to ask questions and get an understanding of my chief complaint. From beginning to end I was done under one hour. Quality of work was exceptional.
The hygienist was excellent. The only issue I had was it seems like they don’t have enough dentists. I probably sat in the chair for about an extra 15 minutes just waiting for a dentist to come check my teeth before I could leave. He was super nice, but it was just frustrating. Sitting there waiting for someone all that time.
Kaitlyn is an incredible hygienist! She is very thorough and explains everything in great detail! Outstanding personality and so very pleasant! Met Dr. Calabrese for the first time, very nice and wonderful at explaining procedures perfectly! Great visit! My thanks to them both.
