So my hygenist Jenn has been the best so far. She is thorough in cleaning and asking the right questions. She makes me feel at ease, like a family member. Her procedure does not make me feel uncomfortable and is painless always asking are you okay? She is the best so far.

Unfortunately this provider made me pay cash for a procedure that was covered by my insurance. They then failed to submit the appropriate information to the insurance company. After several months of phone calls they finally submitted the paperwork, the insurance accepted the claim and paid them.It took 3 more months and multiple phone calls to remind them that they had to reimburse me. Probably the best dental office I've ever been to. Amazing, kind, knowledgeable staff who are always friendly, professional, and understanding. Also, the office itself is full of dental equipment that is all the highest tech and most easy and convenient to use. I recently got an x-ray done and I'm used to having very uncomfortable plastic things in my mouth that make me gag and that I have to hold in for about a minute while they take a picture. My dental hygienist Jen is excellent. She helps keep my teeth in great shape. Also the young ladies at the front desk are friendly and courteous.

My experience at Ascent was superior as always. Jen, my hygienist, is thorough, knowledgeable and knows my dental history as I have requested her for years. I highly recommend Ascent Dental Care!
