The best part of this office is the customer service. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the receptionist, Teresa who is nice and friendly. This is the first time I’ve felt comfortable at the dentist. My dental hygienist Pam is so amazing. She puts you at ease and is and is so knowledgeable and genuine.
Pam is the best hygienist I've ever had. I don't feel comfortable going to anyone else. Theresa in reception is the kindest person and always friendly and helpful. The new office is further away but they make it worth the drive!
I had to switch to this office due to an insurance change. The receptionist, Theresa was so nice and friendly, she gave me the confidence I'd be in good hands, she was genuine and I trust her. My new hygienist, Pam is amazing, I was nervous but the way she handled everything made me feel like I was in good hands, I was utterly impressed by her attention to detail and professional knowledge. Pam is back, so great. Pam is the best hygienist I have ever had; she is so meticulous and thorough.
From the moment that I walked into the office everyone was smiling, happy and very nice. My hygienist Kaily and Dr. Chou were wonderful. Dental visits are very stressful no matter what, but I was made to feel like I was in the best hands possible.
