I’ve been in the funeral industry nearly 20 years and have used ASD since I’ve started. They’ve always handled our calls with grace and dignity (even when the caller is upset, stressed or emotional). The ASD operators relay the messages very thoroughly and promptly. The app has been great to use, as well, and never had any hiccups. The rare times we needed to speak to a higher up, the customer service has been top notch. Keep up the great work!

ASD is all I’ve ever used within my funeral career. I love how consistent they are with everything. From answering the phones to sending out notifications. They make sure if there’s no response there’s a follow up call. Thank you ASD for being easy to use and helpful through the process.

The calls are always professional, with also caring and kindness. The app is easy to use and they reach out rather quick, so that’s a good thing. In general an easy and simple way to use the software and calls

ASD has been wonderful to work with and they are an asset To Funeral service. As a Funeral Director, they definitely help bridge the gap when Funeral Director’s are not available, but yet it still make contact with everyone in need. Highly recommend!
