Asda here at cemetery road have a 24 hours open supermarket. It's one of largest grocery store in Bradford with wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and more, at competitive prices. All the sections are nicely arranged. There is automatic self check out and other billings counters. Store offers huge parking and there is Asda petrol station at entrance.
Overall the shopping experience is amazing, But when you have someone with a disability and there are no spaces in the disabled badge holder spots it is absolutely disgusting, Majority of people parked in those spaces have no badge and unfortunately when you go into store and explain this issue there is nothing that can be done. Ridiculous
I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE ASDA BY 3 THUGS TONIGHT ( 24/01/2025 AT 2130 ) I had purchased some baby dry nappy pants earlier but unfortunately they were the wrong size, so I went there at 2115 to give these back and get the right ones. When I got to the customer service desk I found out that the desk was closed at 8 pm. Never again any time I go fo feul been charged twice for same transaction.been visited 3 time then they refunded after 2 weeks of transaction. Today again same happened phoned but the guy was on phone very rude didn't even listen or help and put the phone off.
Seriously need to get new staff trained in customer service, instead of one's that stand around chatting , expecting customers to sort their own issues out including trying to navigate around abandoned trolleys in the self serve. Then there's the women who looked down her nose at us and pushed herself through my daughter n grandson to readjust the camera. No need to get physical ASDA . Don't know why I'm writing this because never gets noticed by ASDA royalty
