Visiting the store today we made several purchases. One item was a can of redbull, after the payment had been made i picked the drink up, being over the age of 16, the women ripped it out of my hand aggressively and said that my mother had to carry it out of the premises. If you want to be moaned at, huffed at by the staff... Be spoken to in a rude manor then go here. I mean jesus christ it costs nothing to have manners! One particular woman here is very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. I think Asda need to do some customer service relations courses. I only go here to get fuel if I'm nearly running out. I'd rather drive out of my way than go here

Multiple times I have come here at around 1-4 am and it has been closed it was a lot better run before ASDA took it over

DO NOT GO HERE, you apparently aren’t allowed to reverse in if there are no other pumps available. Never heard such nonsense in my life. I have done this many times before with no issue anywhere else. I have a license and eyes and mirrors do watch out for pedestrians etc. I can reverse a vehicle to adhere to the ‘one way system’ such silly nonsense rules. They still allowed me to pump and pay for fuel so I’m not sure what the issue really is. Pathetic way to run a business.

Says it’s 24hrs but on 5 separate occasions it has been shut with all the shutters down and staff just milling about inside!
