The staff at Asda were great, the lady who assisted me at 2 a.m was incredibly kind and the young man on the forecourt was just as friendly and helpful. Both went out of their way to offer assistance and I truly appreciated their warm attitude at such an early hour. Having a 24-hour Asda is an absolute lifesaver, I was able to get medicine for my little one who woke up with a terrible earache in the middle of the night. Thank you to the team for being there when it mattered most!

I go in this shop often and everyone is lovely. I just ordered from them and they put hearts on the bag they delivered the items in. They are the kindest staff and I would really reccomend, thank you to the person who put the hearts 💗💕💕 made my day! X

I post regularly and almost never post bad reviews, but this was just such an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. I popped in to get a couple of bits, and was treated like an annoyance the entire time. From an audible sigh from one worker when I asked to go down an aisle that she was physically blocking stacking a shelf, to being completely ignored when I stood waiting to pay - two people at the checkout, having a chat, apparently completely unaware of my existence. I am not one to normally write such a bad review, or even go out of my way and make the effort to write a bad review. But the experience in the petrol station is genuinely that bad that I feel like something needs to be said about it. There is one elderly lady in particular that always works here, short with short dark blonde ish hair, she is absolutely miserable. Not open 24 hours. Arrived at 2210 and it was closed. Cones across the entrance to the petrol station. Shutters down and automatic doors not opening. Pretty poor.
