Awesome staff here always a pleasure to do my shopping here nearly becomes a social outing as staff are very friendly and helpful. Brilliant pharmacy opticians good for my children cafe is good and nice staff. Pharmacy staff also very friendly and easy going one in particular very good at her job and no matter what knows what I want before I even open my mouth lol
Lucky if you get a self scanner and find the prices, and they're correct. I find a lot of management to be rude and unprofessional whilst going about their business. It's a bit dingy and things are located in strange places that don't flow.
I havent shopped in asda for ages but decided to pop in today. Unfortunately although the prices shown on the shelves are not always the same on the self serve and trying to get it put right took far too long. I wont be back. I would have been charged over £30 extra had I not realised that their offers had not come off.
Absolutely will not use this store again. Was shopping in there this evening with my daughter and between us we bought a lot of stuff. Trolley was full. There was just one checkout open, just one and the queue was huge! We didn't want to use the self scan tills as we had such a lot of shopping plus there is very little room at these tills, so we had to queue for the one "manned" checkout that was open! This store is supposed to open at 5am, but the workers there don't seem to be able to do their jobs properly as I went there this morning and was waiting in the cold for 15 mins 5.15am, and they were still not open, so me and about 7 others had to walk off. Now, i'm not one to write reviews, but this is not the first time.
