The customer service provided was severely lacking in efficiency. I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time, along with my pregnant wife and young child, simply to inquire about the availability of a child car booster seat. After an extended wait of 30 minutes, I was informed that the product would not be available until later that evening, despite its online status indicating in-store availability.
Great Asda in general but the asda Cafe has really impressed me today. The lady that served me at 15:42 on 27/01/25 is a delight. She was absolutely lovely and really helped me and my son when I was a tad frazzled. Made the food perfectly and brought food over with a smile. Whist here I saw her helping quite a few people and honestly she was just so lovely to each and every one of them.
Lift has been broken for a month so unable to take prams upstairs and not allowed to take them on the escalator! Also baby changing is also out of order! Make it difficult for mums!
This Asda is big but has no attraction. Easy parking, clean toilet. But unfortunately, there are no attractions.
Just wanted to say a big thankyou ive been shopping here for years I forgot the lady's name but shes got dark hair a fringe glasses alittle on the older side which makes her even more amazing with how hard she works.
