Staff are fabulous, always helpful, polite, warm and patient. Pharmacy struggles as head office don't staff it properly but the ones who are there very dedicated. Good clothing section upstairs, produce and bakery section are both extensive.

I visited WB Asda Pharmacy twice today and came to the unfortunate conclusion that with constant understaffing and a new inefficient system that the Pharmacy should be closed as its safe service for customers is “not fit for purpose”. My family members have been loyal customers there for at least 15 years but in recent months when picking up prescriptions for a number of serious health conditions, there’s always an has always been an issue and the staff are constantly suffering customers’ complaints. How rude that two staff were heard tutting and sighing behind me as I browsed the shelves. As a customer, I’m not having you tailgate me down a congested aisle because you can’t be bothered to have patience. What’s more, these appeared look like ‘senior’ or ‘managerial’ staff!
