The customer service provided was severely lacking in efficiency. I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time, along with my pregnant wife and young child, simply to inquire about the availability of a child car booster seat. After an extended wait of 30 minutes, I was informed that the product would not be available until later that evening, despite its online status indicating in-store availability.

The self scan is incredibly frustrating. It works really well until you actually need assistance. This can take absolutely ages. The staff are often just chatting to each other and when they do help, they do so, in a disorganised manner. Rather than helping the person that's been waiting the longest they just go off in random directions.

Great Asda in general but the asda Cafe has really impressed me today. The lady that served me at 15:42 on 27/01/25 is a delight. She was absolutely lovely and really helped me and my son when I was a tad frazzled. Made the food perfectly and brought food over with a smile. Whist here I saw her helping quite a few people and honestly she was just so lovely to each and every one of them.

This Asda is big but has no attraction. Easy parking, clean toilet. But unfortunately, there are no attractions.
