I work as a driver based in Park Royal so will need to use a bathroom during the course of a day. I have made several comments to staff managers about the disgusting state of the toilets, yet nothing ever changes. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We are not a third world country (yet) so stop acting like one.
Really good location in the heart of Park Royal. The opening hours are very good when you need to pick up food or drink in a pinch. Reductions can be good at times. The halal food section is a welcome bonus, although I’d still rather go to the butchers directly. They do have a few items like the chicken wings prepackaged which is nice.
Although the Wembley Superstore is closer to me, I prefer the layout of this Park Royal store. Unfortunately I have quite often found many items to be out of stock in this store. I have also had many occasions when items have been mispriced when I go to checkout. However on my last visit it looks like the store has had a bit of a spruce up. Also most of the shelves looked pretty full. I hope they manage to maintain this standard.
Arrived early at a supposed 24 hour superstore. Wasn’t open, all shutters down to be told it would open at 6am. Visited the toilets as soon as store opened. They were trashed so had been left all night dirty. At gone 8 visited toilets again and still in an absolute state. This store is an absolute dump, kinda fits in this area in general though.
