As big a store as it is , it is equally as disorganised . Regal crisp on the shelf dated 20April 2026 on display today the 1st of June 2026. Asked a lady member of staff if any more in stock but she was not interested, said I am helping someone else , will come back to you but she didn't, found her chatting to a colleague near the tills rather than assist. Asda Park Royal superstore is an awesome place to shop!. It is gigantic and offers tens of thousands of different products ranging from fresh produce, fresh, baked goods, meats, clothing, household items, and everything and anything in between. There’s also a McDonald’s in the store as well. It’s open 24 hoursexcept on Saturday and Sunday. Great place to shop overall. Two hour parking is available at no charge.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this store. I visited with my friend, who has a one-year-old baby. Between us, we spent over £400 (£200 each), yet instead of feeling valued as customers, we ended up receiving a parking charge because we exceeded the parking time limit. The store was incredibly busy, with only one checkout open. We had to ask a member of staff to open another till because there was a queue of at least six people. I always find a great selection of products at this Asda. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. It's a convenient location for grabbing all my essentials. The store is well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I need quickly. I appreciate the good value for money I receive here.

This Asda is generally good and has a wide range of items, but the pricing could be more transparent. I have noticed prices on the shelf do not always match what comes up at the till, which is frustrating and feels unfair to customers. I also think the cheap own brand range does not need to be so bright yellow. Families on a lower income should not have to push a full yellow trolley that makes it obvious they are shopping on a tight budget.
