I just finished my shopping at Asda Park Royal, AT 10:30AM ON A THURSDAY and there were NO TILLS OPEN, all the customers with large trolleys having to pass their items through the self-service with lots of staff doing other functions around them. A total disregard! What are all these Tills for if they are never open! I was with my baby and bought large and heavy items, this doesn't make any sense! 1. A "Non-stick Lifetime Guarantee" is a lie. I bought this product as an experiment because I was 100% sure that most lifetime guarantees don’t work, especially for non-stick fry pans. 2. The product lasted only 1-2 months before it started sticking. 3. Whenever you try to return it, they come up with excuses to avoid accepting the return. - The first customer service representative said, "That happens when you wash it with the wrong things!" Really good location in the heart of Park Royal. The opening hours are very good when you need to pick up food or drink in a pinch. Reductions can be good at times. The halal food section is a welcome bonus, although I’d still rather go to the butchers directly. They do have a few items like the chicken wings prepackaged which is nice.

Although the Wembley Superstore is closer to me, I prefer the layout of this Park Royal store. Unfortunately I have quite often found many items to be out of stock in this store. I have also had many occasions when items have been mispriced when I go to checkout. However on my last visit it looks like the store has had a bit of a spruce up. Also most of the shelves looked pretty full. I hope they manage to maintain this standard.

If it were possible, I would rate the store with a negative star! The staff members exhibit a considerable degree of rudeness and arrogance. This marks the second occasion on which I have encountered an elderly Indian woman, wearing glasses and a blue face covering, who has been notably disrespectful and rude towards me simply for requesting assistance.
