Asda Park Royal superstore is an awesome place to shop!. It is gigantic and offers tens of thousands of different products ranging from fresh produce, fresh, baked goods, meats, clothing, household items, and everything and anything in between. There’s also a McDonald’s in the store as well. It’s open 24 hoursexcept on Saturday and Sunday. Great place to shop overall. Two hour parking is available at no charge.

I was unaware that bikes were not allowed inside, so i was just trying to do some shopping and as soon as I entered few steps inside, this guy called me pointing his finger at me in a very aggressive way, like as if I owe him some money. I told him that u are being very aggressive and then he came so close towards me as if he wants to fight with me. I knew I had to take a picture and he almost tried to snatch my phone. I’m writing this review to express a heartfelt thank you to Usha from Customer Service. She was super lovely, helpful and extremely patient and understanding while helping me sort out my huge Click and Collect order for the first time in the store. I had to come back few times as I couldn’t carry it all in one go. She also helped me return few items as they were damaged during transit. All done with a smile on her face, truly a 5 star customer service! Thank you so much! 😊

6/12/25 1:30am the man apparently named John assisting people at the self check out was very rude and aggressive, we come here all the time at night and use scan and go as its way more convenient, i was just about to pay and he came very rudely out of nowhere infront of me and the machine and turned off the whole system for no reason and then told me that im not going to use it to steal stuff at this time……. Prices on shelves don't match what the scan and go scanners show. Customer services extremely poor, long queues on self check outs, only 2 tills are operated by staff. Discrimative cameras during scan and go as only black customers are selected always for checks. Most items for baking are not in store. And don't get me started on disorganised and rotten vegetables aisles, how many times have I bought onions only to take them home, peel and throw almost the whole bag in bin.
