Security rudely came up to my car and criticised where I had parked (not in a parking space) then continued to ask me questions making sarcastic comments after I’d answered. All while what seemed like the security’s friend or someone he knew and spoke to after confronting me was parked in a disabled bay without a badge and then went on to hold the cars up trying to exit the car park as he stopped in the middle of the road yelling vile abuse at me! I paid upwards of £7 for a "full" breakfast. The butter was more like cheese and unusable. The "hash browns" were more like American tots. Sausages tasted cheaper than any id had before and the bacon looked and tasted like it just came from the local crematorium. Egg was cold yet decently cooked. I could forgive temperature if I wasnt the only one with a food order. I can see why the cafe is empty and those that are here didnt have a plate. Visited your Strelley store approx 8.30 am Wed 15th Oct to try and grab a litre bottle of J.D .The lady I asked for help was more than helpful. Checked the back, very polite and even went with me to customer services to get me the correct advice.Lady on CS was also more than helpful with her advice about click and collect. I know her name was Jo but didn't get name of first colleague but I'm sure Jo will know !!.

Young security guard with a black hat and a little beard speaking to people like crap Over a push along scooter that I never said I wouldn’t put aside I just said I would like to put it near him so it’s watched he then said no it goes outside your no better then anyone, no mate your no better then anyone!!!!!! Strelley Asda delivers on range and convenience, but the management practices can be downright infuriating. Shelves get rearranged so often it feels like a tactical maze—walk in for one item, end up doing two laps just to locate it. And when you finally get there, the shelf’s often empty. Everything else is stocked, just not the one thing you came for. On one visit, a big manager in a suit kept eyeballing me as I moved through the aisles—unsettling and unnecessary.
