Haven't moved in yet, but I will say working with Cari has been the best experience. You can tell she really cares about this place and she's jumped through hoops to get me in as soon as possible even with everything else shes got going on. & driving through you can see this place isn't trashy and run down like a lot of other parks.

Had to contact the better business bureau to get any sort of answers on moving in as what I was offered is far from ready still. The park manager is petty and very childish when forced to work or when you expect answers about things. The entire company avoids you and won’t return calls or emails. The office is hardly ever open and the manager is always on conference calls which people and residents should come first and they don’t. Excellent park! Love the new roads and playground and the fact we have our own little trick or treating night. Been living here for 3 years and my mom lived here for 2 and never once had any problems! Friendly neighbors and amazing manager.

Mobile home community with lots of improvements in last few years also newer mobile homes being put in.
