I can't say enough about Cari the manager of the park. I've owed my own trailer since 2018. I've really noticed all the improvements over the years. Rent is at a fair price. Cari will go out of her way to handle any problems that come up. They paved the roads, and added a driveway for each home so you don't have to park on the street. I couldn't be happier.

Haven't moved in yet, but I will say working with Cari has been the best experience. You can tell she really cares about this place and she's jumped through hoops to get me in as soon as possible even with everything else shes got going on. & driving through you can see this place isn't run down like a lot of other parks. Have lived here a few months now and wanted to add - Cari is still just as amazing as day one. Always responds to requests immediately and is on top of everything. Kids on bikes come right out in front of you. People letting their cats run lose. I'm afraid they are going to get hit.

Had to contact the better business bureau to get any sort of answers on moving in as what I was offered is far from ready still. The park manager is petty and very childish when forced to work or when you expect answers about things. The entire company avoids you and won’t return calls or emails. The office is hardly ever open and the manager is always on conference calls which people and residents should come first and they don’t.
