Excellent park! Love the new roads and playground and the fact we have our own little trick or treating night. Been living here for 3 years and my mom lived here for 2 and never once had any problems! Friendly neighbors and amazing manager.
Well first off it's quite good neighbors all around good people
We have been here for 7 years and when this new manager came in it was fine until she let someone move in to our trailer without our consent. Now she is charging us for stuff that is not in our lease including rent that was paid to her. Not worth the hassle to live here! Not only that the potholes are ridiculous!
Cari the manager there is very knowledgeable on helping our company (New Way to do Construction) on the repairs, and prep work for new homes. The New owners (Vineyards Management Group) are really fixing the place up and investing in the park. I would highly recommend this area to live.
Great, quiet place. Rent is very reasonable, new landlords are awesome. Would not have actually moved in if it weren't for Angela. Her and Cari are wonderful and have been going above and beyond to help us in any way we need.
