Overcame languague Barrier ( patient understands some English but is French ) sav Ashless explained very slowly and simple making sure patient was understanding her communication.
Ashlee was great, she educated me on everything I asked and I never got rushed. She fixed my keloid that I have been trying to get rid of for years. Thank you so much!

Everyone from reception to the physician was wonderful. There was a very short wait time. The doctor was wonderful. The office staff was courteous and professional. I've used this practice for 7 years.
The grading from other people's reviews are not fair and are based on her staff. The doctor was actually great and would recommend.
The staff efficiently did their job to check me in and I was let in after a few minutes. Ashlee was so amazing in caring for my needs and answering all of my questions and concerns, and she was quick to know what to prescribe me. I would definitely come back for her lovely service and recommend her to anyone.
Not thorough staff not helpful either rude
This dermatology office in Ocean (804 Park Ave) is EXTREMELY rude. Being new to the area, I needed to find a dermatology office for my college age daughter who was home for the summer. I should have known when making the appt that it wasn't going to get any better. Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk (especially Janice) were very abrasive.
