Had my first telehealth appointment with Ashley & definitely not the last appointment. I was very happy with my appointment. Ashley took the time to explain everything regarding my diagnosis & medications . She was super pleasant to talk to .

My experience with Life Stance has been fine. It's with Ashely Barczok , who I thought her clinical expertise was on point. however ,her mannerism was terrible. After leaving my appointment with my therapist , I ran into Ashely and I said, " hey hi!" and her response," nothing like being accosted as soon as you walk out the door!" It was disheartened to hear that coming from a professional in the mental health field. I was only glad to see her and was saying hi ! Therefore, I will not be seeing her again!!

It's wonderful to find a psychiatrist who cares. The website is very easy to use and very useful. The front desk staff is responsive and kind. Everything you want in a mental health office
