I’m giving only three stars, as I expected a bit more out of this business and Dr. Sanderson. Everybody in the office was nice, however i was in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken to a room. I am a new patient, and I thought the initial appointment would take a little bit longer than approximately 2 to 3 minutes with the doctor. Maybe it was 5 but it was very short. I just feel it was not a thorough examination, compared to what I have had in the past.

I've been getting biopsies for 30 years with at least 6 different dermatologists. Ashley is the only that hacked me leaving deep ugly scars. She rushed thru my appointment and did 5 biopsies in less than 2 minutes. I left my appointment with 2 of the biopsies bleeding for over an hour. I've never had scars from any other dermatologist because they took their time. I will not be returning to this practice.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ashley and Tammy are an incredible team who make you feel heard and not rushed. Ashley is obviously knowledgeable, which makes you very confident in the care and treatment you’re being given.

I have been seeing Ashley for years. You would be hard pressed to find another provider with more compassion, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you Ashley and Bernie for the excellent care!

Showed up early for an 8:45 AM appointment. Had my paperwork done prior to the appointment time. Asked if I would be called back soon at 9:50, was told it was only “about 9” like I shouldn’t be complaining. Dr. Thanked me for patience as they are short staffed. If they are almost a half hour late at 8:45 in the morning they are a poorly managed practice or the Dr. is so disrespectful of her patients to show up late or something. Not planning to return.
