One of the worst if not THE WORST MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She is cruel, nasty & blames the victim for all of their problems. Doesn't give informed consent that a patient MIGHT BE INSTITUTIONALIZED DESPITE SAYING THEY WERE NOT GOING TO UNALIVE THEMSELVES when sending someone to a HORRIBLE & EXPLOITIVE MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley Hollins. Ashley takes the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and answer every question with patience and compassion. What stood out the most was how genuine and kind Ashley is—not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm and approachable. It is rare to find a provider who combines such expertise with such care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider they can trust completely.
Ashley has truly been a blessing. She makes me feel so comfortable to talk to and has helped me tremendously!! She listens to my concerns, answers all my questions, always has my best interests and works hard in finding the best treatment plan for me. I always look forward to our visits. Ashley was great! She was very easy to talk with, very understanding, and answered all of my questions. She truly listened to my concerns and offered great treatment options. I highly recommend her!
On my way to an appointment I got a text, 20 minutes before my appointment. Saying she was talking a 3 month leave and we had to reschedule. Had to take off work and find a sitter, time and money I wouldn't get back. And yet they charge $75 for a late or a rescheduled appointment less than 48 hours in advance. if she knew she was going to take leave she should have let her clients know. I wish I could have charged lifestance $75 for the last minute cancellation, this is so unprofessional.
