Ashley was great! She was very easy to talk with, very understanding, and answered all of my questions. She truly listened to my concerns and offered great treatment options. I highly recommend her!
On my way to an appointment I got a text, 20 minutes before my appointment. Saying she was talking a 3 month leave and we had to reschedule. Had to take off work and find a sitter, time and money I wouldn't get back. And yet they charge $75 for a late or a rescheduled appointment less than 48 hours in advance. if she knew she was going to take leave she should have let her clients know. I wish I could have charged lifestance $75 for the last minute cancellation, this is so unprofessional.
Ashley is probably a 5 star review if you ask zero questions about her plan for you or show any concern whatsoever. Anytime I’d ask a question she would get nasty and argumentative almost as if she felt I was challenging her when I was just asking simple questions in a respectful way. Anytime I’d go to an appointment I felt like I was going to a debate rather than a psychiatrist. I told her the 10mg and 20mg dose of ADHD medicine didn’t seem to be effective and she got rude and even implied that I didn’t actually have ADHD e... read more
Ashley is such a doll baby! She is always very friendly and has my best interest in mind! She is always quick on returning my emails and is always on top of things!! Recommend highly!
Ashley was very kind and understanding. She is a great listener and also helps you understand as well. She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming.
