Sakshi Sharma was out sales rep. She “educated” me on the fabric/leather options. She helped us decide between leather and faux leather. She texted me updates regularly, did a lot of research to find something I wanted, and kept me very informed asking the way. I am very happy with the customer service Sakshi provided us with!
