The service I got from Maegan (Schienbein) was top notch! I went in looking for a sleeper sofa and she showed me all the options from top to bottom. She helped me figure out the best choice for my needs when I had no clue! She was really patient and so knowledgeable! I will be seeking her help for more items at Ashley for my new home.

Way better experience from the other Comox Valley furniture stores. The store was clean and welcoming. The store was well stocked. The staff was Excellent is manners and public relations. Rick Nelson was exceptional helping us find that perfect recliner. Rick ability to connect to people and break the ice gets a 5 star. Thank you Rick for that extra bit that made us feel so comfortable in your big store.

Great experience with Ashley’s Home Furniture in Courtenay. Our salesperson (Rick Nelson) spent time showing us the different pieces of furniture that were interested in. When the time came to pull the trigger, Rick did his job and was able to give us a price that worked for us. Delivery of the pieces was quick and the fellows who did the delivery were extremely professional and arrived right on time and put the furniture where we wanted it. A very good experience with everyone we dealt with at Ashley’s.

I recently ordered a bed online from a big box store. When the bed finally arrived it was severely damaged. It took several hours of my time to return the bed due to the lack of customer service from the big box store. In contrast, the customer service I received from Maegan from the Ashley Courtenay store today was excellent! Maegan is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable.

The sales person was very helpfull. When we told him what we were looking for he directed us to a couple choices and told us the pros and cons of them. Delivery was right when he said it would be. We thank him for his help.
