Rick provided us with excellent customer service. He promptly replied to all of my questions. Delivery and set up was organized well. Furniture is beautiful. I had to trust Rick with providing us with what we wanted since we so not live in the area and were not able to go to his store prior to purchase. All arrived to our recreational condo in perfect condition. Thank you Rick.

Found the perfect bedroom suite for our 'beach house' theme room right here in Courtenay. Buying local was a great way to go... we were able to ensure the quality was excellent before purchasing and the price was better than comparable packages on Wayfair and other online stores. Rick was a great sales person, no pressure just factual information and a great price which included delivery and setting it all up. And, we feel great that our purchase helped support a local business and local jobs!

Love my new dining room suite. Salesman Rick was very helpful, and the two delivery guys were great. Even put the felts on the table and chairs.

Ashley Home Store was great for options! Did not have to wait for ordering either as was allowed to purchase from floor. Bought a Stylus Sofa, a rug and a wall/room divider. Rick was really great to deal with and his service was phenomenal. Thanks Rick, we will be back for sure in the future for our next home purchases. Sheryl
Great experience
We were looking for dining room chairs and could find nothing that fit our requirements at any retail outlets. Ashleys was the same however Rick spoke to us just as we were leaving suggesting that we review his catalogue of secondary suppliers. We found what we were looking for and had it ordered. It rook some time ro arrive but when it did we were called immediately and picked them up. We are very happy with our choice and are very happy with the service Ashleys and Rick supplied us We will definitely continue to shop... read more
