Came in to buy a new couch Rick was super helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our price range.
My initial experience was poor with the owner with him telling me to “choose one place to deal with”, didn’t sit well and almost lost my business. Maegan was however very good to deal with and ultimately I had the couch I wanted quickly. She sent flowers as well which was a sweet touch.

Well I was greeted by Rick Nelson who was very helpful. I explained that I was looking for a recliner that was not electric and comfortable. He showed me a number of them. Once I decided he was nice enough to give me a deal. I would and have recommended both Ashley Furniture and Rick Nelson to our friends.
Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who genuinely cared about our needs and worked with us to find the perfect mattress that fit within our budget. Would highly recommend to anyone who's in need of a new mattress that feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. Rick and Jazz were great to work with :)
Very professional, not pushy.
We have been in Ashley several times in the last while and first bought a dining suite and just bought living room tables. Rick was so helpful in both purchases. His experience, product knowledge customer service are to be commended. Any questions we had were readily answered. Deliveries and communications with the store were also excellent. All of the above made for a pleasant and successful shopping experience.
