The help picking out a couch was great and then the delivery was great as well!
I can not say enough wonderful things, about the fabulous experience that my husband and I had, at the Ashley Home Store! Jazz shared his amazing knowledge and expertise with us, while choosing our new mattress. I have never had a better sleep, than I am having right now, on our new Pure Energy Natural mattress! My husband used to wake up every morning with an aching back and numb hands, from years of being a mechanic. All of that is GONE! I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. Staff was friendly without being pushy. The bedroom set I got was delivered on time and put together for me. The people who delivered it were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend buying your furniture from Ashley.
We went to look for a king size Bed frame not realizing the store closed at 530, the sales person Rick helped us find the perfect one, we were there after 6 when we noticed the store hours. Rick stayed late without rushing us. Because of his service We went back to buy a cabinet bed.

I dropped by the Courtney Ashley store totally out of the blue. Salesman Rick Nelson began assisting me immediately. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He even had a tape measure on him and started using it as we walked! The only sales person I've ever experienced to do so! Not only was he trying to accommodate my needs but he was energetically willing to do so. And he served me a cold bottle of water on a hot,muggy afternoon. That's a first! And a rarity!
