First of all, Desiree was one of the best CS reps we have had in a very long time. Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and without being pushy. Our order actually arrived over a month sooner than expected. We are so delighted with the glass-top kitchen table and chairs and the 2 breakfast stools. It all looks fantastic and the quality is excellent.

Mr. Nelson was knowledgeable, polite, and professional, as well as comfortably friendly, He outlined the details of the products he had available, pointing out the features that I needed, and giving me time to examine the product in detail. The delivery men were efficient and friendly, assembling the desk quickly and I am completely happy with the entire transaction. Our salesman Rick was so helpful, answered all our questions, we felt no pressure. Once we decided on a model he had it disassembled and reassembled in our fifth wheel in no time and we were back on the road! Thanks Rick!!
Excellent service we are very happy with our two new recliners. Incidentally, one of their service people helped us by fixing another chair that no one was able to fix. Great work!
