Our Salesman Rick Nelson was very personable , informative & knowledgable about the stores productHe also gave us the personal space to decide on our final choice.. He also carried a tape measure which is convenient to know if the furniture can fit in the space in the house immediately in providing options for the appropriate area. What a great experience. Great customer service, warmly greeted when we entered the store, Rick was helpful in finding the right piece of furniture that was intended as a xmas gift. The best part of this transaction, no supply chain issues, we were able to pick up 2 days later just in time for the holidays. Would certainly shop at Ashley’s again.
