I cannot recommend Ashley enough. She is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely takes the time to listen, really listen, without rushing or making you feel dismissed. She creates such a safe, comfortable space, which makes it easy to be open and honest. As a neurodivergent person, I especially appreciate how thoughtful and attuned she is; she truly gets it and meets people where they are.
