Sunset Title & Escrow, Inc. was founded by Connie Cothran, a native of Columbia, Tennessee, to perform real estate closings and issue title insurance in the Southern Middle Tennessee area. Connie managed another local title company for more than 30 years and made the decision in late 2016 to branch out on her own. Her daughter, Brittany West, has worked as a title processor alongside Connie since 2013 and moved with her to Sunset Title & Escrow when the opportunity presented itself.

I was very pleased with the process from this Title company. They had excellent communication and didn't drop the ball once. Not once! The buyer had some lender issues and the title company kept me up to speed with everything that was happening and I'm very pleased. Their fees were straight forward and fair. Thank you!
